Kay's Personal Journey to Ascension ...
My real awakening began almost 20 years ago back in England when diagnosed with CFS. That was when my whole world fell apart, I hit rock bottom.
I worked with a pyschotherapist who helped me to see that I didn't know who I was or what I wanted out of my life, that I was living my life for others, trying to please and desperately trying to fit in and be perfect, which had triggered bulimia, and other addictions!!!! I could not feel, I was cut off from the neck down, completely out of touch with my body,only able to rationalise. I was completely out of touch with my Higher Self and the universe. So began the unravelling.
All sorts of assistance came my way during the following years.
In 1992 I was told that my gift was my voice and one day I would use it to help many. It wasn't until 1998 after I moved to Canada, though, that the real intense acceleration began. I was guided to train for 5 years with a chi kung master that had been taught by Shaolin priests in the ancient ways.
In December 2003, I experienced a kundalini or spiritual awakening which almost ended my life. Never in my life had I experienced such terror, especially as, at first, I had no idea what was happening. Thankfully I was guided to information on the web and this, coupled with a few dear friends, helped me get through the initial stages, the most severe.
For those who are not familiar with this, imagine that there is a voltage of electricity that is flowing into the body around 100 watts. When a kundalini awakening happens, it is as if 100,000 volts suddenly flows in. This fries the central nervous system, and the body can combust. Exactly what Yogananda's guru was talking about. It is known though as a blessing, as it increases the vibration to a very high level in an instant, so accelerates the process, enabling a person to free themselves at a much faster rate.
However it also means that everything of a lower nature or vibraton to be transmuted, comes up at an unprecendented rate as well!!!! So, it can involve dealing with some pretty painful and frightening experiences on all levels. It is extremely intense and takes a person tremendous amounts of courage and strength to handle this.
I undertook to experience this, in order to be able to assist humanity through this process of evolution or transformation. It took me over 3 years to adapt to this level of vibration.
My passion is teaching and I have always taught in some form or another. My main background is in the fitness industry. I was an aerobics instructor, before being diagnosed with CFS. I returned to the industry as a personal trainer and created holistic programs and personal development seminars as a result of my own awakening.
In 1996 I was invited to be a keynote speaker at the Chiropractic Annual Convention in Toronto and that was the turning point in my career. I moved to Canada a year later and began my own business. That was when my most intense phase of my journey began.
Anyone who has their own business knows it is challenging. You learn a lot about yourself. Even though I had tremendous success with everything I did my world came crumbling down, as everything was taken away from me, in order for me to let go of old programming, habits, and patterns that kept me prisoner: old beliefs about not being good enough, worrying about what people would think of me etc.
Thankfully I have some pretty special friends, in both worlds, who watched over me and helped me through, Archangel Michael being one of them ... and nature!!!
In 1996 I created my first relaxation tape, The Enchanted Forest which was a huge success and sold out. In 1999, came my second, The River Of Serenity and it, too, sold out.
Around the same time my chi kung master asked me to do a painting for him, of a woman or woman and child in nature, in oils and bring it to him. When I said I didn't know how to paint, he gave me a very stern look and said "Just do it!" So I did and what came through blew me away. This painting appears on the right.
So began another aspect of my journey. Some of my artwork was displayed and sold in Toronto and Archangel Michael was also on the cover of a magazine.
In order to share this gift in other ways, I had photographs taken of Archangel Michael's painting and created bookmarks, greeting cards and prints of it.
In 2003, I created a set of Inspiration cards: 36 cards--each one offering words of inspiration or encouragement. These also sold out, and are now about to go into re-print. The painting of archangel Michael appears on the right Order Inspiration Cards
In late 1995 came my 3rd guided meditation, Journey To The Sacred Place Within and in 2007 The Eternal Flame and my first children's audio book Adventures With Angelina. Learn more about these CD's and children's book
One day in 2006, I felt the centre of my palms go click and heat start flowing from them. I had read about hands-on healing and felt this might be what was happening. I asked the universe to guide me to share this gift in a way that people would experience pure love, as well as assist them in healing.
One day a few months later, as I was meditating, I watched myself working on someone. I wrote it down and asked some friends if they would allow me to try it on them. It was truly amazing. The love that filled the room was beautiful and they looked completely different when they left, to when they arrived. They were serene and peaceful, centred, at another level.
This technique even though basic, is extremely loving and gentle, yet very powerful and helps people to clear layers of programming effortlessly, thereby accelerating a person's ascension process. This in turn allows healing to take place, and at the same time receive messages and experience the pure unconditional love that is each persons natural way. So as you can see from my own journey, we have many gifts that are lying dormant within, that assist the planet in some way, just waiting to be discovered and used. When used, they bring a great feeling of fulfilment and help to set you free.
