I am going to use this header for info that I feel to share that may come up in addition to my monthly newsletter as there is lots going on and much support is needed. Today I want to share another very talented being, singer/songwriter Martin Page. His songs and music are very special. You can buy individual songs and download them which I did. I also want to share briefly about the swine flu. I have had people emailing me about it. It is manmade and created in an attempt to keep humanity controlled. Even if we were forced to have the vaccine, the effect has been nullified from light beings, so it will NOT affect you. The key is not put any energy into it. Stay away from the news people. Stay present, in the now and do NOT buy into anything you hear. As you know this is a way of keeping humanity in fear mode.
We are all on journeys to self mastery and it is up to each one of us to rise above the collective fear. You have the ability to do so. Nothing has any power over you unless you allow it.
Remember:
* stay in the moment, in the now
*when you feel fear, tap into your essence, feel you and breathe deeply
*do only that which brings you joy and peace and let go of the rest asap
*be around like minded and be willing to let go of those that are not, as they will bring you down unless you are strong
*be in nature
*move your body. Walk, run, dance, swim, yoga, chi kung. It needs to be moved.
*meditate daily. Make the time each day to tune into your Self. "Know thyself and thou shalt know the universe"
*know that your team are with you 24/7. Ask for their assistance and be open to their messages, feel their love for you.
Enjoy your day and know that you came here fully equipped and are never given more than you can handle even if it may feel otherwise somedays.
You are not alone, never have been and never will be.
You are a divine being of light and have the power to do, be or have anything, ANYTHING you desire.
