We are moving into an extremely powerful few days. Easter by itself is powerful, as people come together all over the world, to pray and celebrate. So the energy worldwide is heightened. Add the full moon, and Spring Equinox to that, as well as a huge energy shift and you begin to see why. This energy shift is going to shift people to the core, meaning all that is not in alignment with who you are will continue to be brought up to be cleared out at an accelerated rate. It is also going to increase the level of vibration which can trigger a myriad of symptoms. All sorts of things may well happen globally as this shift is felt. You may have noticed that animals have been acting strange. I have noticed especially yesterday the increase in the number of sirens. The power of this time is enormous. It is exciting as well as little daunting, as we continue to move forward on our ascension journeys, our journeys to freedom. So please be present, be alert, be aware. Pay attention to yourself, take time to be still, to listen. Go and be in nature. Be around like minded. You may find that you feel anxious, jittery, This is just your central nervous system being stimulated as a result of the shifting. Just be aware of what you are experiencing and as Eckhart Tolle says, "by being aware, it allows space around it and it will dissolve." From his book The Power Of Now, I learnt the way to deal with fear, which is to stare at it. It really does not have any power over you unless you let it. By observing it, you shine your light on it and it has to disappear as it is illusion. So imagine a laser beam of Divine light beaming at it and it will go. It may keep returning for a while, as there is a lot of fear in our cellular memories, just keep observing, and at the same time carry on with your life as best you can. The idea is to just be aware, to not resist, and at the same time not to get overwhelmed by it. There is nothing, NO THING to fear, as this is all happening to assist us to be free. It is an amazing time to be alive. Humanity has never been where we are before. Accept each moment and surrender to it, is what is being asked of us. If you resist, it will persist. It is time for us to remember just how powerful we are and reclaim who we are and set ourselves free. It is time to just BE!
