Greetings everyone. Welcome to those of you who have recently signed up. Thank you. This month is certainly proving to be a very powerful month as predicted. It was foretold a while back that May was to be a month when the earth would experience its most powerful energies yet. These energies are further assisting us in clearing out everything that is not for our highest and best good, and ALL sorts of things are playing out!! It is SO important that we have an awareness of what is happening, so that we are better able to flow with life and what presents itself. As said before, this journey takes tremendous courage and strength as we allow everything that is not of a high vibration come up to be dissolved. As these higher frequency energies flow in, we can feel like we are physically being stretched and we are!!!! Our bodies are continually being rearranged and rebuilt at the moment, in order to be able to live at a higher vibration. And we can feel very uncomfortable at times. This month is showing to be one that many are feeling this way. The key is awareness. Staying present, feeling your essence and doing your best to focus on doing what brings you joy and peace. Yes I know easier said than done at times. We just have to do our best, knowing that all is well.
At the beginning of the month I received an email entitled The Mystical Month Of May about St Germaine, his legions, as well as Mother Mary working closely with us this month, to accelerate our journeys to freedom. I would like to share an experience I had BEFORE I read this article. On Friday May 2, I was working on a client. When I have finished my work, I watch as the person’s guides take over and clear out layers of old stuff and realign their charkas. I get to witness the most incredible scenes at times. Well this time, I watched as she was reborn. She was scooped up in these enormous hands and then cradled in this being’s arms. I suddenly knew it was Mother Mary that was cradling her and the love I felt was SO powerful that tears started to flow. I have never experienced that before. I could clearly see her cloak. She told her that all was well and that she was being watched over all the time. This is the first time I have witnessed Mother Mary in this way. As I said that was before I had looked at my emails for the day. So you can imagine how I felt when I did, stating that Mother Mary would be working with us intensely for the month of May!!! If that isn’t a confirmation for us all that we are not alone. That many beings of light walk with us. The following day I was working on another client and there was Mother Mary standing at her feet. Before I told my client, she told me that she had seen Mother Mary around me before we started!!!! So please never doubt again that you are alone.
We have to remember that we have been given free will and they cannot interfere with that. So even though they are here to assist, it ultimately comes down to us to free ourselves. We do so by remembering and constantly reminding ourselves, that we are God/Creator in human form, unique aspects of God consciousness. We all come from the same Source. We have the ability to do, be or have anything. It is only our deeply embedded programming that stops us from realizing this. And we all know that the transformation we are going through is dissolving that programming, so we can remember who we are and restore peace and harmony to this beautiful planet. So we can live in equality and peace with one another. This takes time as we have been programmed for many centuries. The beings of light that walk with us, are here to assist in any way they can. So call upon them and tell them what you would like help with. It is important to be specific. Automatic writing is a great way to communicate with them. You can either write a question or just say “ ok guys what do I need to know right now” and then allow the pen to write. Don’t think, just write and don’t read it until you have finished. Forget about punctuation, just let it flow. When you stop to think, then ego gets in. This form of assistance has helped me many times and brought me much comfort. You will be surprised at how much assistance will come your way.
So dear friends, hang in there, take one moment at a time and again do that which brings you joy and peace. Focus on the abundance you already have in your life, everything you are grateful for. Be prepared to let go of everything that does not bring you peace. I know it is not easy. All you can do is your best as I constantly remind myself. Be in nature and allow the nature spirits to assist you. Sit and drink in the beauty that is all around you. The blossoms are incredible at this moment. Notice the many colours of the flowers and the different shades of green. Smell the fresh green grass and the many other fragrances that permeate the air. Listen to the birds. The sounds and fragrances of nature all assist in unlocking ancient wisdom that is within you. I am in awe more and more each day with nature and the sounds ring right through me. It is the most beautiful feeling.
On another note, Eckhart and Oprah’s classes of A New Earth are now complete. What an amazing job they did in elevating the collective consciousness and assisting humanity in waking up. There is SO much assistance for us now, to accelerate our ascension journeys. Again awareness is the key. Be open to the synchronicities that come your way. Let the magic of the universe lead the way.

As a result of reading these books, I was inspired to create a new workshop, specifically for women, entitled Reawakening The Goddess Within. For many centuries the feminine energy has been suppressed, as the world was dominated by the male energy. As you know, this era has now come to a close and a new one dawns. It is time for the feminine energy to flow again and merge with the male, so that harmony can once again be restored upon this planet. It is the women that are going to bring this balance back. It is time for women everywhere to wake up, to remember the Divine goddess they are. This workshop is aimed at doing just that. It is filled with things like painting, writing, meditation and being in nature as well as sharing of information, to assist women in reawakening that goddess energy. It is a very nurturing workshop. Also talking about Anastasiya awakening people’s creativity, I have something to share. As you know Gilles and I are touring with our live guided meditations. We continue to have great success and feedback. The energy is very powerful and a lot takes place for all. Well at our last performance I shared a gift that had been hidden. A gift that had been yearning to be set free. My love of dance. Recently I have been playing pieces of music and dancing, flowing with them. I practiced 5 years of chi kung and the movements in my dance are along those lines. Anyways I decided to share this with a couple of friends and both of them said I had to share this gift.
So at our last performance I did and it was the most incredible feeling. Everyone could feel the energy flowing from me and when I asked how it made them feel, one said, like she wanted to dance too. So it was waking up things within them as well. My hands were shaking with the amount of energy that wanted to flow. I say wanted as I have yet to let it completely free. I had an experience of the magnitude of power of our energy last year and it scared the ---- out of me. This was on top of the experience I had with energy when I went through my kundalini awakening 5 years ago. There are no words to adequately describe it. I knew then why it is important to go slow!!! Anyways I have now discovered yet another gift to be expressed and look forward to sharing it. Who knows, maybe I will offer it as part of my workshops to give others the opportunity to experience dance themselves. I am sharing this to show that each of us has many gifts lying within, waiting to be discovered and used. This is key to healing yourself fully and completely.
