Ok so here we go again. The rollercoaster ride has just accelerated with a lot more steep hills and bends!!!! There is SO much happening right now. Since the beginning of October I have been on an accelerated expanding ride, experiencing all sorts of things, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Old negative programming desperately trying to maintain control as it continues to dissolve, lots of tears, physical heartache as my heart centre continues to expand, severe headaches as well as many other body aches, virtually no sleep and night sweats, no sense of time and no desire to do anything other than be in nature and be quiet. So that is what I have been and still am doing. Interestingly though when I am called to be of service, whether it is teaching or doing a healing session, I am fine!! Big Kay takes command!! I have found for me that liquid oxygen is a great help for grounding and temporary relief of my headaches. Plus the usual Rescue Remedy and lots of water. I also have found that tea and coffee really help me, as they too are grounding. As I have said many times before we are all unique so must learn to tune in and listen to our inner guidance as you may be guided differently.
As also said before, we came here fully equipped so have all the information and answers. It is through self awareness that we access this information. And this is what this intense shifting is pushing humanity to do. GO WITHIN. ALL THE ANSWERS LIE WITHIN! As we go through this phase it can put a lot of strain on your detox organs, kidneys, urinary tract, liver, so drink the homemade lemonade I have talked about, ( freshly squeezed lemons/limes, maple syrup and bottles water.) Have sea salt or Epsom salt baths, adding rosemary essential oil too if you feel to. Rosemary is excellent at purifying our energy fields. I used to make my own rosemary water and pour it over me after my bath or shower. Just boil a few sprigs of fresh rosemary for about 30 minutes, let cool, strain and use. There are many detox products on the market too. Plus as usual lots and lots of water. Moving your body too is important to clear out the toxins. So brisk walking, dance, aerobics, yoga, chi kung all important.
This past Tuesday, November 4, history was made. It was a monumental moment as Barack Obama won the election and become the new president. I have had emails from people sharing their personal experience of the energy of that day. For me it was truly a very special moment as it showed me tangible proof that the battle has been won and we are on our way to freedom!!! As I watched and listened to him speak on stage that night, the vibration he carries came clearly through. The words that rang out clearly were “Yes we can”. We can free ourselves from fear and live in harmony with one another. We can work together, love one another and create a magical place to live in, AND I mean MAGICAL!!!! We, humanity as a collective came together on that day, Tuesday November 4 and united, showed those that have been holding us prisoners for centuries, that we are no longer willing to be afraid, we are no longer going to be controlled or manipulated. A few months ago I was told that Barack Obama was a very powerful being of light that had come to greatly assist in the changing of the world. At that time he was not aware of his power, in order for his own protection. He would have been dealt with so to speak if those others knew who he really was. He has had to play the game and wait until he was elected. Now we shall see his true colors begin to shine. It will take a little while as we are in the throes of powerful transformation and those that have had power over us are still fighting, even though it is pointless as they are no longer able. The high vibration of this planet will not allow it. All lower vibrations are dissolving. Humanity on the whole is just beginning to wake up and face the changes that are happening. How fast and how smooth everything goes completely depends on how humanity is willing to be open and let go of the old ways. We all have free will and so have the choice.
The more a person resists, the more intense their journey will be. So dear friends it is very important to surrender, go with the flow and allow everything to unfold. One of the challenges I am finding is living the new way of being and allowing everything to unfold. We have been so heavily programmed to be doing, for by doing, we are kept busy and therefore not listening or tuning in to our higher self. It is by being and tuning in that we are guided in each moment, for as you know we only have this moment. Yet it is uncomfortable at first to just be and trust that you do not have to do, do, do!!! I am finding that by just being, and going with the flow, I am taken care of. Miracles happen so to speak!! We have to return to love. (see article I wrote on A Return To Love, on Inspiring Articles page, www.proudfootconnection.com love and accept ourselves as we are. See how brainwashed we have been to believe that we have to look a certain way in order to be accepted, in order to be loved. What a load of ----!!! Each of us is perfect as we are and we have to take back our power and see this. It takes time as this programming is deeply embedded and will keep surfacing until we completely let go. So be gentle and patient.
Ok the next few days are going to be extremely intense and powerful as there is the 11:11 stargate opening on November 11. Well it has already started as I have been receiving emails and calls from people in distress as they are going through a lot. I received an email, stating that during the time from November 11-14, the doors to those who have been programming us will be closed. I did get chills when sharing this today with a friend, so did she. So we have our confirmation that this is truth. So the time of rule is truly coming to an end. This time can bring up intense emotions and negative programming, as it all comes to be cleared. Just like I shared what I am experiencing. So stay very present and allow yourself to flow with everything that comes up, keeping in mind that it is old stuff coming up to be cleared. Remember too just like the clouds, all things pass and so shall this. This is about mastering your emotions by observing them without trying to deny or push them away. The more you can stay with it and carry on with your day, the faster they dissolve. I have also found toning or chanting to be very beneficial for clearing and putting me back into a place of peace. So use the sounds Ah and Om and also Om Mani Padme Hum which is a powerful mantra.

Keep your schedule as light as possible over the next week, and spend time going within and being in nature. Doing whatever brings you joy and peace. A few nights ago I had a vision of a bear curled up in its den. That means going within your sanctuary and introspecting. It was followed by a elephant coming out of the jungle and a snake. The elephant is the awakening of ancient wisdom and the snake resurrection and also wisdom. So this is what is happening to us all in varying degrees as we continue on our journeys of self mastery.
