Seasons Greetings everyone. My intention was to get this letter out before now. However on 2 separate occasions, after hours of work I somehow managed to delete the whole thing, both times!!! Finally though this one stayed put!
Well here we are coming to the close of a very powerful and transformative year, an amazing one too. If you take a look back at how far you have come it will blow you away. We have been through a LOT this year, a powerful acceleration on our journeys to freedom. Much has taken place on many levels of our being.
So the past 2 months have been quite the intense shifting and as we move into the full moon and 12:12 gateway (December 12) it will continue. This recent shifting has had quite a profound effect on me. I have taken a quantum leap forward and it all happened in the past few days. For most of October and November I went through a lot of expansion and integration that affected me on all levels. At times I didn’t even know what day it was and felt out of the time continuum often.
I felt to be alone as I was integrating everything. A lot of fear still kept coming up and I knew I was dealing with core stuff. My heart has been physically aching, and a deep ache as it continues to expand. Even today as I write, it is aching. Well last week I began to get night sweats and my nervous system going crazy during the night, so had very little sleep. I knew what was happening which I am grateful for. So just did my best to ride the waves. What I noticed that I was able to very quickly dissolve the fear/anxiety I was experiencing by putting my awareness on my heart centre and commanding it to expand. I could feel the swirls of energy and as I stayed centred and focused, the fear disappeared and I fell back to sleep.
Last week I also noticed my healing abilities had expanded and had it confirmed from a few people too. This for me was a great confirmation of the vibration I hold which served to clear some self doubt I had been experiencing. (Ego trying to keep me small and stop me.) I also became crystal clear that it was ME and ONLY me that could set myself free. I have known that for a long time but this was different. I knew with every atom of my being that I needed to go within and stay within, deepen my connection to source. That was how I would finally set myself free, SELF SOURCE. Not to look outside myself for answers. That the journey home was to focus on, and only on, the light, the love that encompasses all things. That love was within me and is me.
Well as a result of that clarity I began to experience pure love as I focused on my heart centre. There are no real words I can find to adequately describe what I was experiencing. Magical is probably the best. The power of love continues to expand and emanate daily and I am in awe right now of it. I never knew that it would be like this. Again you know intellectually but until you actually experience it, you don’t know. My desire to share this with you is to inspire and give you a boost to propel you along on your own journey. If it is happening to me it is going to happen to you too.
I have been guided to a couple of websites where answers were presented or further clarification as well as confirmation. I know too that often it is so I can share to assist you too. The first was a 4 part recording on Twin Flames by Angelina Heart which I found fascinating. Check it out at www.worldpuja.org you need to be a member but it is free. Go into the archives and scroll down. Angelina Heart is the author of a brilliant book called The Teaching Of Little Crow which I thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend. We are in the process of a massive expansion of love, especially at this 12:12 time. Each of us has a twin flame, and many of us has contracted to come together in this lifetime. I have known this since I was in my 20’s, and it is only now, having done major self work, that I feel ready to unite with mine. When twin flames come together, their combined energy is HUGE, as it is amplified. The power they have together can greatly accelerate the awakening of humanity.
The other website is www.circleoflight.net and consists of messages from God. The ones I was guided to, again gave me clear confirmation of why I am here, and the power of the work I am doing. It has a great article on dealing with fear, called Choosing Love, found on Transformation page. Once on home page, click on top button “Messages From God”, scroll down and click Transformation. Anyways I am sure you will find lots of info you resonate with there.
This massive expansion of love brings us deeper to the core of who we are, which is love. I now realize that there is ONLY love. A great mantra to repeat to yourself, “THERE IS ONLY LOVE”. For in reality that is truth. God, Creator, Universe, Source is LOVE. So we are returning to love.
So embrace the darkness, the fear, with love, for that is how you dissolve it. It is how you perceive the darkness, fear, that will determine your reality. See it as an opportunity to shine your light/love, thereby empowering your Self and dissolving all that is not in alignment with the mighty I AM Presence that is you!
This can be scary at first, it was for me, but with the courage which you have, you can and you will find it gets easier. Remember that you have everything within you, for you are co-creator with God/ Source and so have the power, ability to transform anything and everything that does not support your journey, your mission here.
One other thing that has become very clear to me is the importance of not judging your Self or others. That is clearly ego, and you rise above it. So as soon as you catch yourself judging, stop, take a deep breath and say “there is only love” and visualize your heart expanding and radiating out love.
This does take practice and I will be creating some new guided meditations in the new year to assist you further with this. Those who have my Eternal Flame CD, this will greatly help you to expand your heart centre.

I leave for England next week for a month, so will not be answering emails until I return. Januarys newsletter will be sent towards the end of the month. It is an adventure I am embarking on, as I know I am going to do some earthwork, assisting with the new grid structure and being brought together with others that are like minded. The UK has heavy duty energy that is being cleared, so it will be interesting where and what I will be guided to do. I will be in Sweden on January 11 for a workshop as well.
