Happy new year to you all. I trust that you flowed through the season and with the big energy shift at the Winter Solstice. All of 2008 was an intense year to say the least!! I do feel that for many, 2009 is the turning point, where we will now begin to reap the rewards for all the work we have been doing. It is a new beginning for many of us. 2008 was challenging for us all, as the constant increase in new powerful energies brought up deeper and deeper stuff to be cleared faster and faster, all of this putting a lot of strain on our bodies as they do their best to adapt. You may have noticed that you feel better, more calm since January began even though Mercury is in retrograde.
For many though who have not been working on themselves, this will be a time of the dark night of the soul, as the new energies will bring about great change in their lives. As I have said before, no one can escape what is happening. The more you resist, the more intense it will be.
TRIP TO EUROPE: I had a very powerful and interesting time away in Europe. It was challenging in many ways as I had to deal with deep stuff that came up that I thought I had already cleared and also assisting with the massive clearing and healing that is happening over there. There were also a lot of fun times and the earth work I ended up doing was amazing. I would like to thank Alison and Liz in Scotland and Karin in Sweden for their work in arranging the workshops as well as making me feel so welcome. Bless you all. THE INAUGURATION OF OBAMA: on Tuesday January 20!!! How was it for you? For me it was a powerful moment in history and I found myself in tears a few times. Tears of joy as this is confirmation of where we are headed and my feeling is we will see things greatly accelerate now that Obama is in power. I find him mesmerizing. You can feel his light as you look at him. Look out world!!! He is certainly going to rock the boat!!! Especially to those that are just beginning to realize that he is not who they thought he was and that they cannot control him like they have done with the other presidents! He has such a powerful presence, energy that no one is going to stop him. He is not going to play by the rules. He is going to be dissolving them!!! We can assist by continuing to shine brighter and brighter ourselves and send him love. Remember we are all One, all interconnected. He is mirroring to many of us how brightly we are now shining!!!
ASCENSION TIPS: Be open and embrace the changes. For many this new beginning means just that, a NEW beginning. Be willing to let go of everything that does not support the Real you, and be open to doing something new that resonates with your heart. Know that you will be supported in all ways, for that is what the new era is about, living from your heart, doing that which brings you joy and peace. But we have to be willing to surrender everything that is not in alignment with who we really are. As said before that takes great courage and this journey of ascension certainly requires a lot of that, as well as great patience and acceptance.
Remember too what I have shared before. Change for most makes us feel uncomfortable, yet change is constant and the natural way to live. So get comfortable with being uncomfortable. I am finding I am getting used to feeling that way and it is no longer uncomfortable. You will find as you continue to flow with the changes you will too. Being in the now, living in the present means being in the universal flow. It is our natural way.
The way to flow with the change in economy is not to buy into the fear. Know that this is happening because it has to. It is the ending of the old ways, ways of manipulation, corruption and greed. We have been brainwashed for centuries to give our power away to money. To be controlled by it and much of the population is very much controlled. Now it is time to see and know the truth. It is only a form of exchange, that’s it! The old must be cleared in order for the new to be created. Just like an old building must be torn down in order for a new updated one to be built. This truly is for our highest good and is temporary. Surrender, let go and allow your Higher levels to guide you. Remember this is a journey to self mastery and we must relearn to trust ourselves and know we are provided for at all times. I know easier said than done as the programming is very deep. So keep reminding yourself and stay very present, feel your essence. One way I have used that really helped me is to tune into my heart centre and command it open and expand and then feel it. That loving energy that is your essence dissolves the fear and brings you back into a peaceful place. Practice with it.
We are being called upon to see many things from a different perspective, a higher one. There is universal abundance for all, there always has been and there always will be. Our task is to really get that it is only our belief systems, our programming that hold us back from receiving and in that awareness, knowing they are being dissolved. They are dissolving continually anyways whether we are aware of not, and doing so faster and faster as the new energies continue to arrive and anchor. It helps ease the mind though, recognizing ‘oh that is just a belief system that I have picked up.’ You can also help yourself by asking yourself “where did that belief come from?’ and you will see that it came from someone else. In the end there will be no belief systems.
The most important thing for us to do is to be aware of how we are feeling, knowing that it is being cleared out of our systems as we upgrade to a higher level. To not buy into how we are feeling, but to be aware and then shift our attention to that which we want to manifest in our lives, that which brings us joy and peace. And if you do find yourself getting sucked in, it is not the end of the world. Accept that is what has happened, and say to yourself “and this too shall pass.” And it will.
ASCENSION INTEGRATION SESSIONS: I have noticed since returning from Europe that my healing abilities as a conduit have increased, which was very apparent with the clients I have been working with. They were very aware of the power of the energy that was flowing. It is deep work that is being done and greatly assists in clearing old stuff as well as raising your vibration. NEW SERVICE: And now there is another way that I have been guided to assist and that is through a network or circle which I mentioned last month. I have renamed it Global Transformation Network and it is now available. We start February. This is a great way to accelerate your time of transition, to increase your level of vibration, receive information and support and be around like minded. SISSEL: Whilst I was away I came across an amazing Norwegian singer called Sissel. I had seen on a Christmas special in 2007 on PBS and was completely mesmerized. Her voice most certainly carries a healing vibration. I have included one of my favourite songs Pie Jesu sung by her for you to experience. Whilst there you may want to watch the same song sung by another amazing singer Hayley Westerna, from New Zealand singing this at age 15. You will find it to the right of the screen.
NEW E-BOOK – LAW OF ATTRACTION IN ACTION: I have been involved in the publication of an amazing e-book entitled Law Of Attraction In Action – Volume 2. It contains close to 300 submissions from women all over the world sharing information and tools to assist humanity. The idea came from Janet Beckers, creator of The Wonderful Web Women, a company created to assist women all over the world to make money and run successful internet businesses. There is a wealth of information to help you. Those of you who do business on the internet I suggest you click on the link below and check them out.
