What can I say except Holy ----!! What a ride right now!!! This is such a powerful time we are currently experiencing. The energies are very intense to say the least and everything that is not in alignment is being cleared out, dissolved at an accelerated pace, so a huge cleansing is occurring, culminating today, the Spring Equinox.
All equinoxes, solstices and eclipses are powerful moments that serve to accelerate our awakening. This one is no exception and my feeling is that because we are now residing in much higher frequencies or vibrations, this amplifies this equinox.
The most important thing is as much as possible surrender to what you are experiencing, knowing that it is old stuff being cleared out. I have had one of the most intense weeks in a long time. Emotions of anger and great sadness and such a feeling of discomfort, except when I am meditating, in nature or being creative. Therein lies the secret to flowing through times like these. I am aware of what I am experiencing and allowing it expression, and also continuing on with my day, knowing that as always, ‘this too shall pass’ and that it is assisting me to one day very soon, live in total freedom.
I have also been having some amazing experiences showing clearly how I am changing. Working on a client I felt like I was liquid, very cool. I have had people share that they notice when in my presence, they feel safe, calm and nothing bothers them. And even one person tell me she lives in pain daily and both workshops she attended with me, the pain disappeared and she could feel all her cells vibrating! Plus I am seeing clients that I work on blossoming almost immediately and had one client in particular who actually experienced a spiritual awakening on the table. It was quite something for me to witness.
I was with friends last weekend and was chanting a sacred chant. One of my friends felt the angels; guides show up as I was doing this and felt the presence of her dog sitting on her right foot, which has only happened 2 times before. I am constantly being downloaded with more and more light through various means which is quite amazing. I share this to show you what is happening, as we awaken more and more to the magnificence of who we are. And we allow ourselves to be the bright beacons of light that we are. So if it is happening to me it will be soon if not already happening to you as we are all equal. We are ALL unique aspects of God consciousness.

When we are experiencing expansion and integration, often we have to take time out and so everything can suddenly come to a halt. This is happening for a lot of us right now. Recognize that it is temporary and important. Again let go and do that which brings you joy and peace. This is about learning to trust again and I know from my own experience that for many or most of us this is not easy, as we have encountered many betrayals throughout our lifetimes.

I know I have had several lifetimes during these times being drowned, stoned to death and burnt at the stake and have worked through most of it.
So I was interested to see how I was going to react. For the most part I was ok. It did however really make me realize it is no wonder we have so much fear . It was interesting to observe the other women’s reactions and I then realized why I had been called to be there at that time. I was able to share about my experiences (I was actually born on Halloween!! and have been nicknamed witchy often in my life!) and how those memories are in our DNA and are a BIG reason why so many women are fearful of stepping into their power. And share about the shifts that are happening, clearing out all these experiences, freeing ourselves once and for all.
What we have to now realize that this will NEVER happen again. We are TRULY moving into a new era of freedom, equality, and unity. This time of deep cleansing is dissolving all those cellular memories and can be very uncomfortable. We are also becoming very aware of the ending of the old world as we have known it and stepping into a very new one. This for many is frightening as we have lived this way for centuries and been programmed to fear the unknown. Be aware of this and continually gently remind yourself that all is well, that energy is always in motion. So the real, true way to live is in the moment, go with the flow and let our lives unfold which again is not what we are used to. All of this takes time, so it is imperative to be gentle and patient. It is going to be worth it! Remember too you are never alone. Your team is always, always, with you. Use your tools and be around people that are like minded.
