Well dear lightworker friends what can I say that hasn’t already been said before. Change, change, change is taking place at an accelerated pace, the likes of which we have never before experienced. Everything is being intensified and we are witnessing this with events that are taking place. The sun is experiencing changes and the subsequent solar flares, winds are having a HUGE impact on the magnetic fields of earth and all other living beings as well as technology. The core of the earth is speeding up and consequently affecting the earth crust resulting in shifts that are triggering earthquakes, and volcanic eruptions all over the place. As you know Earth is also a sentient being and she is going through this ascension process like all of us. So the changes she is experiencing are mirroring the changes that are taking place within us. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do your best not to get fearful about all of this. It is all a natural part of the shift that is taking place and there is SO much happening on levels that we are not consciously aware of.
I say that much is going on at higher levels to rest assure you that truly ‘ALL IS WELL’ even though I KNOW that it most certainly does not feel that way as many feel they are stuck in no mans land or even going backwards!!!! Mercury is also in retrograde until May 11 which can intensify things too.
So let us reiterate again what we know is happening and the tools we can use, whilst we continue on this amazing, exciting yet arduous ascension journey.
We are coming to the completion of an old way of living, being and moving into an entirely new era that requires our hearts be open and we come from love once again. This old way has been with us for centuries and many heart breaking lives have been experienced, resulting in many hearts being closed off for self protection. The old way had us experience duality, domination, separation, and great fear. So it is taking a little time, (which really is a blink of an eye) to clear and to be willing to trust and have faith that it is safe to open our hearts again.
This new era is an evolutionary shift into a higher dimension, a vibration, frequency that is of LOVE. We are retrieving all soul fragments, and awakening to our multi dimensionality and as we are doing this, we are experiencing some VERY surreal moments!!!!!
Our energy fields are changing to a crystalline state and we are being rewired to live at this higher level of frequency. So we are experiencing great changes, mentally, physically as well as emotionally. We are going from a caterpillar to a butterfly and in the process of being in a chrysalis state, a cocoon as we go through a complete breakdown and restructure.
We are awakening from a long sleep and remembering who we REALLY are, GOD in physical form. Our Higher Self is taking residence in our physical bodies, hence the needed changes, as until now the body could not handle that frequency. It would have combusted.
The energy is like electricity and so the higher the frequency, the more powerful the voltage. As the energy shifts occur, more electricity is flowing into the body constantly stimulating the nervous system and it is reacting in many ways to this. All chakras are affected by this, so being cleared out, realigned and expanded. Hence all the discomfort we are experiencing and the fatigue.
Now what is essential to remember is that each of us chose to be here at this time. Whether you believe it or not, there were many, and I mean many that wanted to be here at this time to experience this phenomenal evolutionary shift in history. Only the best of the best, the strongest of the strongest were chosen to be here. Yes, you read right, YOU ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST, THE STRONGEST OF THE STRONGEST, YOU!!!!!! ? So even though it may not appear that way, every person on the planet at this time was picked to be here and has the ability to go through this amazing transformation.
As you are experiencing, it takes TREMENDOUS, TREMENDOUS, STRENGTH, COURAGE, PATIENCE AND PERSEVERANCE to walk this journey to FREEDOM. That is why YOU were chosen to be here!!!! Because you HAVE ALL those qualities and the POWER to do this. This journey is for WARRIORS, and that is what you are, DIVINE WARRIORS OF THE LIGHT. Right up there with all the angels and ascended masters. AND I mean that!!! We are on par with them. The only difference is we are masters in physical form, earth angels if you like. They walk alongside us assisting us from the higher realms, meaning higher dimensions, which we are from and heading back to. Many of you read the MANY messages from them constantly telling us how we are HONOURED, REVERED for what we are doing. We truly are being watched in awe. And one day we will look back and realize this.
This journey is about Self Mastery, the ability to master that which has kept you prisoner, and to take charge of all aspects of you and your life. You have to start to realize that YOU are who you have been waiting for. YOU are the Creator, the Saviour and so it is YOU that is going to save you, no one else. You have EVERYTHING you need within you and it is time for you to now remember this and be willing to try it out. Remember you are a unique aspect of God Consciousness and as the Creator, has the ability to do, be or have ANYTHING………. ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ?
However even though YOU are the only one that can set your Self free, there are MANY and I mean MANY that are here to assist us. As we continue soldiering on, we are receiving tremendous help from many other light beings. Call upon them and say, ‘SHOW ME THE WAY’ and then be alert to the messages, the signs that are ALWAYS there. I can assure you they are. ALWAYS, we just need to be pay attention. They are here specifically to help us, guide us, sending us constant loving energy. Ask them to help you with the discomfort, to work on you. See if you can feel their presence as they are always around you. I have had many experiences of this and their love is SO powerful and awesome to feel. Even if you cant feel, don’t panic, they are still with you.
Actually that is one of the things I now realize. That when I am processing I cant feel. It is as if I am switched off. Then when that phase is complete I can feel again and with a renewed sense. So take heart dear friends.
Speaking of hearts, as you know we are in the amazing process of REAWAKENING TO THE LOVE WE ARE, THE PURE DIVINE LOVE THAT WE ARE. Our hearts are literally being broken open, so the love can once again burst through and light up everything within and around us.
Our hearts are the key to this freedom we so long for. The more they open, the more love we begin to feel again and the more we are open to receiving the abundance that is ALWAYS there for us.
From my own experience, the more my heart expands, the better my life becomes and it is now at the point where EVERYTHING is being presented for me. I don’t have to do anything. HOWEVER it has taken me a long time to feel worthy of this and to allow it, staying out of the way.
HOWEVER again, if I can do it, so can you!!!!! ? you are no different from me. I am just a little further along and have jumped off the cliff and taken flight!!!!
Each one of you is heading to that cliff and sooner or later will take the leap and will see that you CAN FLY!!!! For now it is imperative that as best you can, be gentle and loving with your self. I KNOW again from my own experience, that this is tough to do and sometimes seems impossible, as we are having to face ALL our inner demons, those issues/programming that are not a part of who we really are. AND they create many emotions and thoughts we don’t like to experience, making it VERY difficult to be loving and gentle with ourselves. However we HAVE to be willing to realize that they are false, and that we as Creators, created every aspect of ourselves and that we are LOVE! ? We have to be willing to face these issues and let them dissolve, as we cannot live freely until we do.
And let me reassure you that ALL THE TIME, they are dissolving, as the energies continue to get more and more intense, literally burning away all discordant energies within us. During this time between the Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice, things are being sped up, hence why so many may feel as if they are going backwards and feeling no sense of direction.
I had a dream the other night of me being on a surfboard in the middle of the ocean, in the middle of the night, with deep water underneath me and no lights, no stars even to get a sense of where I was and I was SCARED!!!!! I was thinking about sharks and how they were underneath me and I woke up in a panic and realized I was feeling a sense of no direction, in no mans land, and feeling insecure, all part of living in a totally new realm.
The following night I had another dream and this time I was in the water, again in deep water. However this time it was daylight and the water was a beautiful aqua and I could see land and there were boats around me, with people having fun. I actually was surfing waves as well and having a great time too, knowing I could go swim to land whenever I wanted. So the fear had passed and I was in a place of great joy, showing how fast the fears dissolve when we are willing to face them and continue on with our day.
So once again, let us review what we can do to help ourselves? USE THE TOOLS WE HAVE GATHERED AND CONTINUE TO GATHER.
TIPS
Develop a loving relationship with your Self. To clearly love and accept yourself for who you are, and as we know this is no small task!!!! However this IS the ultimate key, for when you can lovingly remember that you are your OWN creation, YOU BREAK THE SPELL THAT MASS CONSCIOUSNESS IS UNDER AND SET YOURSELF FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The more you practice loving and honouring yourself, the faster your heart expands and the more love you will see reflected back to you. So many tell me they want to experience a loving relationship and don’t want to be by themselves. From my experience, the best way to manifest this is by nurturing you, having a loving relationship with you, feeling complete and content with you. Then you will truly experience what you desire as all relationships are mirrors. You magnetize to you, how you are within.
Retrain ourselves to be as present as possible. STAY IN THE NOW for truly there is ONLY now. Take a little time each day to be still. Hands on your belly, breathe deeply into it, imagining a balloon expanding within you as you inhale, and deflating as you exhale. Do this for a few minutes and then on the outbreath, focus your attention on each chakra 3 times. So breathing out into your root chakra 3 times, then sacral etc. if your mind wanders, just bring it back and continue. Don’t get mad, just continue. Then just sit quietly doing your best to observe what is happening within your body, the sensations, the loving energy flowing.
Observe, observe, observe yourself without judgment as when you do it is your |Higher Self that is doing the observing and therefore shining light which accelerates the dissolvment of the 3D patterns, habits, lower vibrations. I have learnt so much about myself doing this and this self mastery thing is about ‘Knowing Thyself’!! ? As said several times before, one of the most important keys is “AWARENESS”.
Break energy with the world everyday, meaning disconnect from the collective fear. You do this by drawing a figure 8 on your palm and as you do so, say to yourself ‘ I am breaking energy with the world’. Then place the world in one circle of the 8 and you in the other and with your forefinger of your other hand, cut through the middle of the 8, separating you from the world. I know this sounds too simple to be true, but it has helped me tremendously. You can also use this if you feel someone is taking your energy.
Stay away from the news until you are able to handle it without being affected by it. As you all know it only serves to increase the fear within you.
Spend lots and lots of time in nature as I have said so many times before.
Drink lots and lots of water as this helps the energies to flow and also cleanse your body.
Make your list of what you desire to experience and imagine you doing them. Then let go and let the universe orchestrate the details.
Be around like minded and let go of those that are resisting awakening.
Keep your body moving as again it assists the energies to flow as well as keep your lymphatic system working on clearing out toxins. Keep your spine flexible through yoga, chi kung, tai chi etc.
On a more humourous note, to lighten things up, I have to share with you about Greek toilets!!!! ? Recently I went by bus to a place and needed to go to the loo at the terminal. Well I followed the Womens picture and found myself looking basically at a cement hole in the ground!. So I went outside and checked to make sure I had gone into the right one and sure enough there was the female sign. So went back in and checked all the others. They were all the same. There was a couple of women standing at the wash hand basins staring at me!!! So I will leave it to your imagination what was required!!!!!! ?
On another occasion we stopped at a restaurant and off I went only to discover that these toilets had no seat AND they were unisex!!!!!! And this seems to be quite the norm here!!! Gotta go with the flow!!!! So heads up those who are planning to visit Greece! ?
I have been here a month now and been experiencing lots of shifts in my physical body, especially my lower back, all to do with foundation and anchoring in here. So really taking the time to rest, be quiet and integrate before the seminars begin in a couple of weeks. I have to say I LOVE it here and feel like I have been here all my life.
